To represent, before administrative and judiciary authorities, the interests of the Chamber's group, in its territorial base; and to elect or assign representatives of the group in its territorial base, before municipal, state or federal organizations, including the commercial area or in areas kept by them.

The first and very important step taken was the development of new management action plans, turning it more suitable and dynamic in fulfilling its consultancy technical goal. The work effectiveness improvement project, which was implemented, is also full of modern social concepts, which were updated to ensure a better internal performance and, at the same time, keep satisfactory relationships with the various relevant external public.
