The Brazilian Chamber of Distributors and Retail Commerce is a non-profitable private entity, whose activities depend upon the structures provided by its own associates and the quality of the services they offer. These are some of the initiatives we can promote:

a) Contact between the industry and commerce to establish business relationships within the sector.

b) Market research development to identify the sector's best opportunities.

c) Identification of potential partners to form joint-ventures, to exchange technology and to enter into several types of commercial cooperation agreements.

d) Participation on major Brazilian trade fairs within the sector.

e) Organization of Public Relations activities, promotions, events, seminars and meetings with other entrepreneurs.

The Chamber may also release weekly newsletters about issues of economical interest represented by the Chamber (Laws, Administrative Rules, Regulatory Instructions, etc.).
